Logistics Manager - Network Steering

What you will do

• Generate mid- and long-term forecasts (HY, FY, 5-year) and own network KPIs to monitor overall logistics performance
• Refine forecast calculation methodologies and monitor delivery promises for customer satisfaction
• Facilitate S&OP process and lead weekly forecast cycles, aligning Marketing, Planning, and Operations
• Conduct alignment meetings with external service providers on capacities and resources
• Resolve ad-hoc backlog situations with optimal solutions balancing cost, speed, and capacity

Requirements

• Excellent business administration or comparable degree, ideally focused on logistics or SCM
• Analytical, data-driven mindset with focus on efficiency and solutions
• Experience in e-commerce or logistics environment
• Quick perception and structured working methods
• Willingness to proactively develop and improve processes independently and in teams
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); SQL and/or Tableau beneficial
• Business fluent in English, German optional
