What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of products and features for MarineTraffic web and mobile apps from discovery to dev-ready specs.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define problem statements and Job-to-be-Done (JTBD).
• Develop and maintain the Atlas design system to ensure consistency across all pages and applications.
• Design information-dense interfaces featuring charts, tables, and geospatial data.
• Innovate new patterns for visual storytelling in cooperation with the Data Visualization team.
• Iterate designs based on customer feedback, usability testing, and data analytics.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in digital product design for SaaS, web, or enterprise tools.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a clear and effective design process.
• Expertise in Figma and advanced prototyping tools.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Athens, Greece.
• Deep curiosity and interest in learning about maritime data or other data-rich domains.

Nice to have

• Experience experimenting with AI tools to iterate on design workflows.
• Prior experience in the maritime industry.
