What you will do

• Hand trim components using Dremel, die grinders, routers and air tools according to engineering drawings.
• Deliver high-quality edge finishes on complex geometries with tight tolerances.
• Perform paint preparation, including sanding, surface prep, and filling pinholes to meet Class A standards.
• Conduct trial fitting and alignment of components to achieve gap and flush targets.
• Support build teams with fitment readiness.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Composites Trimming Consultant or Fitter.
• Expertise in working with high-value composite components.
• Proficiency with Dremel, die grinders, routers, and air tools.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and work to tight tolerances.
• Experience achieving Class A paint finishes.
