What you will do

• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional business and technical teams to achieve project objectives.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards through regular reviews and audits.
• Develop and implement change management plans to ensure smooth user adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience managing data projects and data governance implementation.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Strong understanding of data technologies, data sourcing, and data governance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• PMP or similar project management certification.
• Previous experience in Fintech or Financial services.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of data migration and integration processes.
