What you will do

• Drive deep-dive investigations into KPI shifts to uncover root causes and hidden trends
• Lead and mentor a team of Brand Analysts, developing them into strategic brand owners
• Maintain 360-degree oversight of business ecosystem, monitoring impacts across acquisition, CRM, and fraud
• Bridge business and data science teams by translating commercial needs into ML model requirements
• Create segmentation strategies to improve predictive models for churn, LTV, and propensity
• Act as final gatekeeper for brand health, balancing growth across areas

Requirements

• Proven commercial or analytical experience in Social Gaming or iGaming
• Strong P&L mindset with focus on optimization and efficiency
• Leadership experience developing analytical talent into strategic thinkers
• Technical literacy in data structures, SQL, and Machine Learning business value
• Drive to dig deeper into data for hidden truths
• Ability to challenge status quo with second- and third-order questions
