What you will do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients via phone communication.
- Convert and retain trading clients from both new and existing leads.
- Promote and present the company’s products and services effectively.
- Provide proactive assistance with platform-related and financial trading inquiries.
- Guide new clients through the onboarding and trading process.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of previous experience in the retention field.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written) is a must.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to successfully close deals.
- Goal-oriented, energetic, and highly motivated personality.
- Proficiency with computers and standard business software tools.
