What you will do

• Develop, optimize, and validate robust analytical methodologies for accuracy, precision, and reproducibility.
• Generate high-quality data and translate complex results into actionable insights for product development.
• Leverage instruments such as GC-FID, HPLC, GC-MS, Tensiometer, and Viscometer for consistent outputs.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance laboratory performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with R&D, QA, QC, and engineering teams to align on project goals.
• Analyze datasets, present findings clearly, and mentor teams on best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, Food Technology, or related field.
• 3–5 years in analytical labs with hands-on method development, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving, data interpretation, and root cause analysis skills.
• High accuracy, organization, and consistency in lab work and documentation.
• Good communication skills for presenting technical findings.
• Curiosity and willingness to adopt new analytical technologies; strong interest in Organic Chemistry research.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in GC, HPLC, mass spectrometry.
• Experience in multinational company, preferably fragrance and flavor industry.
• Ability to design and conduct scientific experiments.
