Salary: £55,000 – £75,000 + Incentive Awards

What you will do

• Conduct quantitative analysis and data mining to understand user interactions and inform product strategy.
• Design and run large-scale A/B experiments to drive continuous product improvements.
• Collaborate with the finance team to define and analyze user lifetime value and profitability.
• Work within cross-functional squads alongside engineers, designers, and product managers.
• Partner with engineers to ensure correct data collection for relevant business insights.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to relocate to the United Kingdom.
• Solid proficiency in SQL.
• Experience conducting large-scale A/B experiments.
• Knowledge of Python is preferred.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to put numbers into a business perspective.
• Self-starter mindset, proactively identifying and tackling issues and opportunities.
