What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and systems for business and product use cases
• Drive evolution of data architecture for scalability, reliability, and cost-efficiency
• Lead and deliver data initiatives spanning multiple systems and teams
• Improve data quality, observability, testing, and platform performance
• Identify system gaps and implement improvements for greater effectiveness
• Collaborate with engineering, product, analysts, and business stakeholders to build practical data solutions
• Contribute to technical direction, planning, mentoring, and knowledge sharing in data domain

Requirements

• Resume in English
• Strong experience building and operating data systems in production
• Solid SQL skills and data modelling
• Proficiency in programming (e.g. Python)
• Experience with distributed data processing (e.g. Spark, Flink)
• Hands-on with modern data tools (e.g. dbt, orchestration frameworks)
• Understanding of data architecture, quality, and observability
• Proven ability to lead complex technical initiatives end-to-end
• Strong problem-solving and cross-team collaboration skills

Nice to have

• Deep experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS) at scale
• Experience with streaming or real-time data systems
• Experience driving organisation-wide engineering practices
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools
