What you will do

• Support the team with data analysis and prepare insights for internal stakeholders.
• Help improve and document business processes and workflows.
• Maintain and update data within internal business systems and tools.
• Contribute to building and testing automations to increase team efficiency.
• Apply AI tools to optimize workflows and simplify repetitive tasks.
• Conduct ad hoc research and handle operational cross-team requests.

Requirements

• Strong analytical thinking and high attention to detail.
• Interest in business operations, data, and process improvement.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Curiosity about automations, technology, and AI tools.
• Ability to learn quickly and work responsibly under guidance.
• English: Good communication skills required
