What you will do
- Respond to medical and safety enquiries from HCPs, patients, and consumers via phone, email, and web platforms.
- Provide clear, accurate responses using approved product info, literature, and internal data.
- Document and report adverse events, product complaints, and safety concerns per regulatory standards.
- Log enquiries into systems compliantly and perform quality checks on reports.
- Write custom medical responses and contribute to process improvements.
- Occasionally provide after-hours coverage and mentor new team members.
Requirements
- Fluency (C1) in French and English (written and oral).
- Degree in life sciences, nursing, or medicine.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Interest in drug safety, medical information, or regulatory affairs.
- Proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
