What you will do

• Respond to unsolicited consumer and healthcare professional requests for medical and safety information via multiple channels.
• Identify, document, and report adverse events, pregnancy reports, and product complaints according to regulatory SOPs.
• Translate English medical documents into the target language and vice versa for phone and written responses.
• Perform quality assurance checks on reported adverse events, product complaints, and translations.
• Log all inquiries accurately and timely into Inquiry Handling Systems.
• Provide after-hours coverage on a rotated basis to ensure continuous service delivery.

Requirements

• Pharmacy degree.
• English proficiency: TOEIC 800+.
• Native-level fluency in the target language.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology, pathophysiology, pharmacology, and industry regulations.
• Strong translation and professional communication skills, including empathetic customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
