TL;DR
Head of User Acquisition (AI): Building and encoding performance marketing strategies into AI agents to automate ad management for high-spend companies with an accent on strategic logic automation and client leadership. Elly Analytics is a product company developing an automated multi-channel end-to-end analytics platform targeting the US market.
What you will do
- Run discovery and validation conversations with CMOs and Heads of Acquisition to shift their operating models toward AI-driven execution.
- Collaborate with strategic accounts to calibrate AI agents against real-world acquisition setups.
- Transform strategic logic regarding scaling, killing campaigns, and budget shifts into automated rules and skills.
- Translate field insights into product direction to enhance the power and efficiency of the AI agent.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on Meta and Google with budgets of $500K+/month.
- Current or previous experience at a Head, Senior, or Lead UA level with autonomous ownership of results.
- Proven experience with automation tools, scripts, or in-house reporting pipelines.
- Structural understanding of advertising data, including funnels and attribution.
- Proficiency with AI tools like Cursor and Claude Code.
Nice to have
- Experience building AI-powered workflows.
- Active public presence via LinkedIn, Telegram, or conference talks.
- Experience briefing developers on automation tasks.
