Elly Analytics is a product company developing an automated multi-channel end-to-end analytics platform targeting the US market.

What you will do

  • Run discovery and validation conversations with CMOs and Heads of Acquisition to shift their operating models toward AI-driven execution.
  • Collaborate with strategic accounts to calibrate AI agents against real-world acquisition setups.
  • Transform strategic logic regarding scaling, killing campaigns, and budget shifts into automated rules and skills.
  • Translate field insights into product direction to enhance the power and efficiency of the AI agent.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on Meta and Google with budgets of $500K+/month.
  • Current or previous experience at a Head, Senior, or Lead UA level with autonomous ownership of results.
  • Proven experience with automation tools, scripts, or in-house reporting pipelines.
  • Structural understanding of advertising data, including funnels and attribution.
  • Proficiency with AI tools like Cursor and Claude Code.

Nice to have

  • Experience building AI-powered workflows.
  • Active public presence via LinkedIn, Telegram, or conference talks.
  • Experience briefing developers on automation tasks.
