What you will do

• Develop ML and LLM solutions focusing on user prediction, recommendation systems, agents, and chatbots.
• Collaborate with senior ML scientists to define problems, develop algorithms, and conduct evaluations.
• Perform model monitoring and continuous optimization to improve performance.
• Research latest AI trends and proactively propose innovative applications for marketing problems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, ML, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields (Master's preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in ML or LLM.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Strong knowledge of core ML/Deep Learning (feature engineering, regression, clustering) or LLM techniques (RAG, agents).
• Ability to perform systematic quantitative analysis and evaluate models.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Taipei, Taiwan office.

Nice to have

• Impact-driven mindset and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with LLM-powered productivity tools such as GitHub Copilot or ChatGPT.
