TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (New York, US). Typically 2 days remote and remaining days onsite.

Salary: $315,000 - $400,000

What you will do

  • Set and execute regional liquidity, funding, and balance sheet management strategy in alignment with Group Treasury.
  • Oversee short- and long-term funding programs across the Americas, balancing cost, tenor, and currency.
  • Monitor and forecast capital, liquidity, and ALM positions to ensure regulatory and internal compliance.
  • Serve as the primary Treasury representative with regulators and support examinations.
  • Lead investor and rating-agency engagement, including roadshows and market dialogue.
  • Develop and lead a high-performing Treasury team, fostering technical expertise and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of relevant treasury, financial markets, or balance sheet management experience.
  • Deep knowledge of liquidity, funding, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing professional teams.
  • Ability to travel regionally and globally periodically.
  • Must be authorized to work lawfully in the US.
