What you will do

• Design and orchestrate complex AI workflows using Agentic frameworks like LangGraph.
• Build, evaluate, and optimize GraphRAG and semantic search systems for advanced knowledge retrieval.
• Fine-tune open-source LLMs using parameter-efficient techniques (LoRA, QLoRA) for domain-specific tasks.
• Implement robust evaluation frameworks (LLM-as-a-judge, RAGAS, DeepEval) to monitor AI output quality.
• Develop prototypes and Proof of Concepts (POC) based on the latest AI research papers.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplined teams to deliver data-driven insights and cutting-edge AI solutions for clients.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of related work experience or a degree in statistics, mathematics, or computer science.
• Strong knowledge of advanced statistical techniques, regression, and sampling methods.
• Hands-on experience with production ML deployments, containerization, and cloud computing environments.
• Practical experience with leading LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) and the Hugging Face ecosystem.
• Proven experience orchestrating stateful, multi-agent applications with LangGraph.
• Must be based in Buenos Aires (CABA) for a hybrid work model.

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of AI model optimization and deployment concepts (e.g., model quantization, vLLM).
