is a joint venture providing complete Combat Systems for submarines, serving as the exclusive supplier and Design Authority for thyssenkrupp Marine Systems.
What you will do
- Ensure the overall commercial success of projects regarding timing, quality, and cost.
- Define contractual and legal conditions in offers and agreements, acting as deputy to the Project Manager.
- Negotiate with customers, subcontractors, and international partners.
- Manage relationships with end-customers, shipyards, and stakeholders globally.
- Analyze customer requests (CRs, RfIs, RfQs) and transform them into calculated proposals and payment plans.
- Manage and mitigate all commercial risks while providing regular internal and external reporting.
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in the defense sector.
- Proven success in complex technical projects within international teams and governmental/military environments.
- University degree in finance, economics, or business law.
- Fluent written and spoken English is a must.
- Must be qualified to obtain security clearance in accordance with the Norwegian Security Act.
- Willingness to travel approximately 20-40%.

- Proficiency in a second international language.
