What you will do

• Establish and manage paid user acquisition from scratch, primarily leveraging Meta and eventually expanding to TikTok, Snapchat, and AppLovin.
• Create and optimize advertising campaigns to maximize volume, ROAS, and payback.
• Analyze campaign performance and user behavior using BI tools like Looker and Tableau.
• Collaborate with the Creative Producer and PMM to generate and iterate on creative ideas and strategies.
• Conduct research on target audience characteristics, interests, and pain points within a performance marketing context.
• Monitor platform trends and competitor activities to propose setup improvements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of UA experience focusing on Meta for web funnels and mobile apps.
• Proven track record of profitably scaling Meta spend through strategic campaign setup and bidding.
• Strong analytical skills in cohort analysis, LTV/ROAS modeling, and payback calculation.
• Ability to independently build the UA function, including tracking, attribution, and reporting dashboards.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, zero-to-one environments with a self-starter mindset.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher required.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with TikTok, Snapchat, and AppLovin.
• Previous experience setting up a UA function and its reporting infrastructure from scratch.
