What you will do

• Conduct real-time monitoring and event triage, developing SIEM detection rules to neutralize threats.
• Manage the full lifecycle of security systems, from design and deployment to ongoing technical support.
• Perform thorough security assessments of corporate IT systems to identify vulnerabilities and implement mitigation.
• Draft and maintain security policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure audit readiness for ISO 27001 and SOC2.
• Collaborate with internal teams to define security requirements and guidance for new solutions.
• Translate technical findings into clear reports for management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Information Security with a strong focus on SOC operations.
• Hands-on experience with SIEM (Splunk, QRadar, Wazuh), EDR/XDR (Crowdstrike, SentinelOne), and Cloud security (M365, GWS, AWS).
• Proficiency with Firewall/WAF technologies such as Cisco, Palo Alto, or Fortinet.
• Strong understanding of On-Premise and Cloud architectures and network protocols.
• Experience in preparing security reports and managing audit readiness.
• English: Intermediate (B1) level required for technical documentation and audits.
• Location: Must be based in Kyiv for on-site work.

Nice to have

• Vendor-specific security certifications (e.g., Palo Alto PCNSE, Fortinet NSE).
• Working knowledge of ISO 27001 controls and technical implementation.
