What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end execution of 24Academy, including logistics and participant communication.
- Design and execute quarterly community events and local CSR initiatives to drive engagement.
- Oversee the collection and analysis of program data and satisfaction surveys to provide actionable insights.
- Transform project data into compelling stories to showcase CSR achievements.
- Act as a key liaison between the Indonesian team and global leadership in Denmark and Peru.
- Provide administrative support to the global CSR team to streamline processes and scale quality.
Requirements
- Proactive, self-driven, and highly organized with a detail-oriented approach.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and survey platforms.
- Fluent English (written and verbal) for global collaboration and session facilitation.
- Ability to thrive in an evolving, multicultural environment with a growth mindset.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Malang Office under a hybrid model.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in CSR or Project Management.
- Familiarity with B Corp and UN SDGs frameworks.
