Location: Hybrid (Kaunas, Lithuania) - Must work from the office at least 3 days per week

Salary: 4,500 – 6,667 EUR gross monthly

What you will do

• Lead the design of high-performance integration frameworks for third-party APIs, prioritizing low-latency and high availability.
• Ensure search and booking logic maintains performance under the requirements of global enterprise clientele.
• Serve as a technical leader for multiple engineering squads, resolving complex architectural trade-offs.
• Spearhead initiatives to improve the engineering lifecycle, including observability patterns and CI/CD maturity.
• Translate high-level business objectives into robust technical specifications and communicate risks to leadership.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience with the Java ecosystem and Spring Framework (Boot, Security).
• Expertise in designing for high-throughput data environments using PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Redis.
• Knowledge of B2B integration patterns including SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, and SCIM.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Kaunas office at least 3 days per week.
• Good command of the English language.

• Previous experience with AI/LLM.
