What you will do

• Improve overall system stability and reliability by identifying and remediating systematic bottlenecks.
• Continuously monitor Apache Airflow, Sentry, and Grafana to detect, register, and triage incidents according to severity.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and customers, providing proactive communication and status updates.
• Collaborate with the Product team to resolve systematic issues and deliver reliability reporting.
• Manage service requests and maintain detailed incident logs and post-incident summaries.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an SRE or in L1/L2 Customer Support.
• Proficiency with Apache Airflow (DAG inspection), Sentry (error tracing), and Grafana (metrics/alerts).
• Basic Linux CLI skills for log inspection and diagnostics.
• Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and ITSM fundamentals (Incident, Problem, Service Request).
• English: Professional working proficiency (written and spoken) required for customer interaction.
• Location: Must be based in Yerevan, Armenia.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of financial markets, equities, derivatives, and trade lifecycles.
• Familiarity with AWS, Cloud technologies, and observability stacks (ELK, LGTM).
• Ability to read basic Python scripts.
• Knowledge of AI automation and release best practices.
