What you will do

• Define and lead the North America content strategy aligned with business priorities and GTM initiatives.
• Create executive-level English content, including thought leadership articles, whitepapers, case studies, and sales enablement materials.
• Partner with campaign and ABM teams to optimize content for SEO and drive pipeline revenue impact.
• Collaborate with North America stakeholders, design, and digital teams to ensure seamless execution and distribution.
• Provide mentorship to content contributors and external agencies while enforcing quality standards and governance.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in B2B content strategy or content marketing.
• Native or near-native English writing and editing skills (C2).
• Proven experience supporting North America or global markets.
• Background in technology, digital transformation, or consulting industries.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating thought leadership and long-form content.
• Must be based in Brazil for a hybrid work arrangement.
