What you will do

• Serve as the primary legal advisor, providing strategic counsel across a diverse range of corporate matters.
• Draft, negotiate, and review contracts and legal documents to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and implement strategies to manage and protect the organization's intellectual property portfolio.
• Oversee adherence to all applicable laws and regulations to mitigate legal risks.
• Manage litigation, dispute resolution, and coordination with external legal counsel.
• Create and deliver legal and compliance training programs for staff.

Requirements

• 5+ years of legal experience specializing in contract law, corporate governance, M&A, and IP.
• Proven ability to resolve shareholder disputes through mediation, negotiation, and litigation.
• English: C1+ proficiency required (written and verbal).
• Direct experience with UAE law and labor law.
• AI fluency and a T-shaped skill set.
• Location: Must be based in Dubai, UAE (On-site).
