What you will do

  • Own the technical setup and rollout for strategic enterprise customers, including SSO, SCIM, and domain control.
  • Act as the technical lead in conversations with IT, security, and procurement stakeholders to ensure enterprise readiness.
  • Design scalable workspace and licensing structures aligned to customer operational needs.
  • Bridge the gap between customers and Product by translating recurring technical patterns into structured feedback.
  • Support Strategic Key Account Managers in commercial processes by strengthening technical positioning.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to enable strong adoption and value realization.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience, with 2+ years in Solutions Engineering or Technical Consulting in SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of identity providers (Okta, Azure AD), SSO, SCIM, and enterprise security requirements.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, business-oriented value for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills within complex and ambiguous customer environments.
  • Professional-level English proficiency (C1).
  • Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Stockholm.
