What you will do

• Deliver technical implementations for intranet and collaboration use cases across Microsoft SharePoint and Atlassian Confluence.
• Lead the technical migration from on-prem Atlassian Data Center to Confluence Cloud.
• Design and maintain modern SharePoint Online solutions, including information architecture, permissions, and governance.
• Build scalable intranet features, automation, and platform-wide components for a firm-wide audience.
• Develop integration and migration tooling to ensure a low-risk transition between Confluence and SharePoint.
• Lead code reviews, establish engineering standards, and improve CI/CD and operational readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a completed software engineering apprenticeship.
• 5+ years of professional experience as a senior web/software engineer with a track record in enterprise platforms.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft SharePoint development and administration within regulated environments.
• Strong experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, modern frontend, and APIs.
• Practical knowledge of Atlassian ecosystems (Confluence/Jira) in both on-prem and cloud setups.
• Fluent in English; German is a strong plus.
