What you will do

• Own and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, throughput, and safety.
• Lead root cause analysis and drive permanent corrective actions using tools like 8D, DMAIC, A3.
• Monitor process KPIs and use data to identify risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure safety compliance of manufacturing process equipment.
• Act as technical lead on new process introduction projects, collaborating with project, quality, operations, and technician teams.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English and Lithuanian
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or related).
• 4+ years in Process or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Competence with CAD tools.
• Understanding of process capability, SPC, and data analysis.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
