What you will do

• Lead creative solutions for monetization offers, events, and live-ops content to drive KPIs and revenue goals.
• Raise the bar on title design, pop-ups, and promotional assets while maintaining brand style alignment.
• Oversee quality and consistency across 2D, 3D, UI, and animation pipelines, resolving workflow bottlenecks.
• Act as the primary art focal point for cross-functional stakeholders to translate business messaging into visuals.
• Manage team task planning, scoping, and ceremonies to ensure realistic timelines and prevent crunch.
• Pioneer and implement AI-assisted workflows to improve production speed and maintain artistic standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in Tel Aviv (Hybrid)
• Proven experience leading art teams in live or F2P games.
• Strong understanding of monetization-driven creative, visual hierarchy, and player psychology.
• Ability to balance creative quality with delivery timelines and revenue impact.
• Expertise in overseeing multi-disciplinary pipelines including 2D, 3D, UI, and animation.
• Proficiency or strong curiosity in emerging AI-powered tools and automated production workflows.
