What you will do

• Propose, plan, and execute PR strategies and year-round communication activities.
• Develop impactful storytelling, press releases, and multi-dimensional narratives with marketing teams.
• Manage media relations, inquiries, networks, and coordinate press meetings.
• Monitor sports trends, evaluate coverage, and identify media opportunities.
• Support campaigns, events, and day-to-day PR with internal teams and agencies.
• Provide team support including reporting, presentations, and administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years (5 preferred) in PR or marketing communications, ideally in media, sports, or consumer brands
• Native-level Japanese; strong written/reading English
• Deep knowledge of Japanese sports and media landscape
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience adapting global strategies for Japanese market.
• Creative and analytical skills for compelling stories across channels.
• Tech-savvy with social media, digital content, and IT tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
