What you will do

• Develop and scale the sustainability department across the CEE region, providing support and leadership to team members.
• Lead sustainability projects involving energy modelling, decarbonization, emission reduction, and environmental assessments of buildings.
• Manage circular economy initiatives and ESG reporting processes.
• Prepare commercial proposals and develop long-term relationships with clients.
• Ensure all project work incorporates the latest sustainability regulations, guidelines, and best practices.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to implement sustainable solutions.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience as a Sustainability or Energy Consultant, or in a similar professional role.
• University degree focusing on Sustainability, Energy Efficiency, or a related engineering discipline.
• Technical knowledge of MEP installations and their efficiency differentials.
• Proven ability to manage multiple cross-country teams and diverse client portfolios.
• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Fluent English proficiency is required.
