What you will do

• Elevate the quality of marketing campaigns through stronger concepts and sharper execution.
• Lead and inspire a team of creatives, copywriters, and creative managers to deliver exceptional storytelling.
• Shape and improve brand identity across activations, design, video, and social channels.
• Balance brand building creativity with performance-driven thinking for commercial effectiveness.
• Present concepts, sketches, and creative rationales to senior stakeholders and leadership.
• Explore and integrate emerging AI tools and workflows to enhance production and excellence.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Art Director or Associate Creative Director.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and multi-channel campaign execution.
• Extensive experience within performance marketing to drive brand impact and business results.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams and managing stakeholder relations.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly from Copenhagen, Denmark.

Nice to have

• Previous agency experience.
• Familiarity with AI creative tools and emerging technologies in modern workflows.
