What you will do
- Elevate the quality of marketing campaigns through stronger concepts and sharper execution.
- Lead and inspire a team of creatives, copywriters, and creative managers to deliver exceptional storytelling.
- Shape and improve brand identity across activations, design, video, and social channels.
- Balance brand building creativity with performance-driven thinking for commercial effectiveness.
- Present concepts, sketches, and creative rationales to senior stakeholders and leadership.
- Explore and integrate emerging AI tools and workflows to enhance production and excellence.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Art Director or Associate Creative Director.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and multi-channel campaign execution.
- Extensive experience within performance marketing to drive brand impact and business results.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams and managing stakeholder relations.
- Must be based in or able to work hybridly from Copenhagen, Denmark.
Nice to have
- Previous agency experience.
- Familiarity with AI creative tools and emerging technologies in modern workflows.
