What you will do

• Define KPIs and identify business opportunities and their impact using data insights.
• Build dashboards and implement simple ETL processes.
• Design and analyze A/B tests.
• Apply advanced analytics and ML techniques for complex data solutions.
• Collaborate with multiple product and business areas including Product, Money, Business, and Marketing.
• Work with modern tooling such as Snowflake, Looker, and Mixpanel.

Requirements

• Experience working with SQL and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Ability to translate data into clear insights and business recommendations.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
• Good data visualisation and story-telling skills.
• English: Fluent proficiency required.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work in Vilnius, Lithuania.
