What you will do

• Lead large-scale platform initiatives from problem definition through to delivery, setting technical direction and aligning stakeholders.
• Define architectural standards and operational responses for the Platform team.
• Build and scale infrastructure and CI/CD processes using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Ensure compliance with strict security and legal audits inherent to the crypto industry.
• Contribute to the long-term technical roadmap while remaining hands-on with the cloud estate.
• Identify and implement AI tools to improve operational workflows and engineering efficiency.

Requirements

• Deep hands-on experience in a Site Reliability, Platform, or DevOps engineering role.
• Strong expertise in architecting and operating multi-account, multi-region AWS environments.
• Production-grade experience building, running, and scaling Kubernetes clusters with strict uptime requirements.
• Extensive experience with observability and monitoring tooling to support live services.
• Proven track record of managing large infrastructure projects using Terraform.
• Ability to influence team decisions using data, clear reasoning, and pragmatic choices.
