What you will do

• Run and maintain real-time systems, developing custom plugins and API integrations to align with business needs.
• Manage and scale the trading environment using Kubernetes to ensure low-latency performance and high availability.
• Design and implement a monitoring stack (SigNoz, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) to track system health and execution quality.
• Architect and build a dedicated reporting system from the ground up.
• Own CI/CD pipelines to ensure safe, zero-downtime deployments of the trading stack.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in high-performance languages such as Go, Java, C++, Python, or Rust.
• Strong proficiency in Kubernetes and containerization, with expertise in zero-downtime deployments.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring and tracing tools like Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, or SigNoz.
• Experience building reporting or ETL pipelines using SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, or InfluxDB).
• Ability to work effectively within the constraints and APIs of 3rd party systems.
• Location: Must be based in Hong Kong
