What you will do

• Own and optimize end-to-end employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to offboarding.
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations across all regions.
• Design and implement scalable People operations processes to support a multi-hub strategy.
• Oversee the HR system (Hibob) to improve data quality and operational efficiency.
• Partner with Finance and Payroll to enhance pay-related processes.
• Lead and manage the People Operations team based in Latvia and Portugal.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior People Operations or HR Operations role within a global, multi-site environment.
• Strong track record of improving end-to-end HR processes and operational efficiency.
• Experience managing and optimizing HRIS platforms, preferably Hibob.
• Solid knowledge of employment law and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience in team leadership and building high-performance teams.
• Must be based in or be able to work from the Riga, Latvia office.

• Familiarity with internal mobility and immigration processes in a multi-hub context.
