What you will do

• Architect, develop, and enhance internal software products and tools to support payment card personalisation.
• Configure EMV profiles, use chip test tools, and ensure payment card validation.
• Lead the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, documentation, and handover.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, systems, and operations teams to deliver secure solutions.
• Mentor team members to ensure timely delivery and service excellence.
• Champion robust unit testing and automated frameworks to ensure the reliability of high-stakes financial data.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar software engineering role.
• Proficiency with C#, .NET, and SQL Server, including expertise in design patterns like Factory, Singleton, and Observer.
• Strong experience in SQL optimization, relational schema management, and developing/consuming RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency in Git and Azure DevOps, including branching strategies and automated workflows.
• Knowledge of data encryption, security protocols, and quality assurance.
• Relevant degree or certifications in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
