What you will do

• Architect, design, and implement scalable software solutions for the core platform
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code focused on performance and reliability
• Collaborate with engineers, customer success, and business units through intent-driven action
• Own major projects end-to-end, contribute to architectural decisions
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in distributed, cloud-native environments
• Mentor junior engineers and support their growth

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer (or equivalent)
• Bachelor's in Computer Science or Software Engineering
• Strong expertise in Python, Node.js, React, Golang
• Experience building and scaling distributed systems or SaaS platforms
• Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing
• Proactive problem-solver with excellent communication and collaboration skills
