Business Intelligence & Analytics Manager (SaaS): Own customer lifecycle analytics for a data governance platform with an accent on health scoring, adoption patterns, expansion signals, and renewal dynamics. Hybrid role based in Brussels, Belgium office (at least two days each week). You must have work authorization to work in Brussels, Belgium.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end customer lifecycle analytics including health scoring, adoption, expansion, and renewal.
• Serve as analytics partner to Services leadership, proactively shaping insights and agendas.
• Build diagnostic frameworks linking product usage to commercial outcomes for executive reporting.
• Lead analyses from data gathering and modeling to hypothesis testing and stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate on unified customer/product data models and champion data governance practices.
• Advance AI analytics tooling and use hirify.global platform daily for data documentation and governance.

Requirements

• 5+ years in analytics/BI, with focus on customer lifecycle/post-sale in SaaS.
• Strong SQL for complex models across CRM, product usage, financial data; dbt for pipelines.
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker) for dashboards and frameworks.
• Track record partnering with VP-level stakeholders proactively.
• Customer health scoring, cohort analysis, adoption modeling, renewal forecasting.
• Clear English communication (written/verbal).
• Work authorization for Brussels, Belgium.
