TL;DR

Hybrid role based in Brussels, Belgium office (at least two days each week). You must have work authorization to work in Brussels, Belgium.

What you will do
- Own end-to-end customer lifecycle analytics including health scoring, adoption, expansion, and renewal.
- Serve as analytics partner to Services leadership, proactively shaping insights and agendas.
- Build diagnostic frameworks linking product usage to commercial outcomes for executive reporting.
- Lead analyses from data gathering and modeling to hypothesis testing and stakeholder communication.
- Collaborate on unified customer/product data models and champion data governance practices.
- Advance AI analytics tooling and use platform daily for data documentation and governance.
Requirements
- 5+ years in analytics/BI, with focus on customer lifecycle/post-sale in SaaS.
- Strong SQL for complex models across CRM, product usage, financial data; dbt for pipelines.
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker) for dashboards and frameworks.
- Track record partnering with VP-level stakeholders proactively.
- Customer health scoring, cohort analysis, adoption modeling, renewal forecasting.
- Clear English communication (written/verbal).
- Work authorization for Brussels, Belgium.
