TL;DR

Market Manager (Healthcare): Driving transformational change and quality/savings targets across healthcare markets with an accent on value-based care and practice transformation. Focus on leading Practice Transformation Specialist teams, implementing market-wide strategic initiatives, and optimizing clinical quality and cost efficiency.

Location: Remote (Must reside in Kentucky or surrounding states within reasonable driving distance)

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 base + bonuses + equity

What you will do

  • Implement market-wide strategic initiatives to advance value-based care goals.
  • Manage Practice Transformation Specialist teams, including goal setting and KPI reviews.
  • Coordinate practice transformation priorities and execute strategic plans (PTPs).
  • Lead regular practice calls, visits, and board meetings to ensure practice satisfaction.
  • Provide thought leadership to improve hirify.global's growth and savings models.

Requirements

  • Residency in Kentucky or a surrounding state within reasonable driving distance.
  • 6-8+ years of experience with value-based care (triple aim, risk stratification, accountable care).
  • 6-8+ years of experience in practice management, project management, and account management.
  • Degree in healthcare, health technology, or information systems (or equivalent experience).
  • Ability to travel up to 25% within Kentucky markets.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in project planning, scope, risk, and stakeholder management.
  • Advanced Excel skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
