What you will do

• Lead, coach, and performance-manage a team of 3 Service Consultants to ensure service excellence.
• Execute all visa, immigration, and logistics services for contractors and assignees.
• Coordinate flights and business travel logistics for expats in LATAM and Brazilian nationals.
• Manage full life cycle processes for global relocations and international assignments.
• Oversee contractor onboarding and offboarding to ensure compliance with client standards.
• Act as the primary escalation point for clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree completed.
• Minimum 7 years of experience managing employment lifecycles (onboarding to offboarding) for 100+ employees.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in personnel logistics management.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Availability to work onsite in Georgetown, Guyana and eventually on call.
