Program Manager NPDI Busbar LOB (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional planning and project execution to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and within scope.
• Monitor critical path schedules and provide executive-level program updates to senior management.
• Identify key risks and issues, driving decisions and creating contingency plans to prevent project slips.
• Ensure all projects adhere to the NPDI (New Product Develop & Introduction) process.
• Identify and lead continuous improvement projects to optimize operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of project management experience specifically within the manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience with waterfall (stage-gate) project management methodologies.
• Demonstrated competence in project planning, risk management, and Gantt Chart schedule management.
• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Legal authorization to work in the US is required; no sponsorship for any visa type will be provided.

Nice to have

• Experience with 3-phase power distribution or Busbar products.
• PMP or other project management training.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project or Smartsheet.
