What you will do

• Support full employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding;
• Coordinate recruitment and talent acquisition initiatives;
• Drive colleagues' professional growth and career development;
• Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems;
• Serve as point of contact for HR questions and guidance;
• Represent company at career fairs and events;
• Participate in HR projects to enhance processes and experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years in HR, People Operations, Talent Acquisition or similar;
• Hands-on recruitment experience managing processes independently;
• Strong organizational and communication skills;
• Excellent written and spoken Lithuanian and English;
• Good understanding of Lithuanian labor law.

Nice to have

• Experience in international teams;
• Familiarity with labor laws in other countries;
• Knowledge of Polish, Ukrainian or Russian;
• Experience in IT or gaming industry;
• Interest in games and gaming.
