What you will do

• Lead Flutter mobile app development across Android and iOS platforms.
• Architect scalable, maintainable, and performant mobile solutions.
• Mentor Flutter developers and conduct technical code reviews to drive excellence.
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to transform ideas into responsive apps.
• Define and implement best engineering practices for quality, testing, and observability.
• Manage technical risks and project timelines to ensure successful delivery.

Requirements

• 7+ years of total development experience, with 3+ years specializing in Flutter.
• Expert knowledge of Dart, data structures, and OOP design patterns.
• Proficiency in modern mobile architectural patterns such as BLoC and MVVM.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and creating multi-module project structures.
• Strong commitment to clean code, SOLID/DRY principles, and high test coverage.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Must be based in Poland.
