What you will do
- Represent in Brasília with regulators like Banco Central do Brasil, Congress, and industry associations.
- Build and manage relationships with policymakers, regulators, and stakeholders.
- Monitor federal political, regulatory, and legislative developments in payments, fintech, and AI.
- Draft position papers, briefings, and contributions for consultations and hearings.
- Provide internal guidance on policy trends and support advocacy on key topics like open finance, AML, and data protection.
- Structure public affairs operations with processes and stakeholder maps.
Requirements
- 5+ years in public policy, government affairs, or regulatory relations, ideally in fintech or financial services
- Strong knowledge of Brazilian political, regulatory, and financial ecosystem
- Established relationships with Brazilian policymakers, regulators, and institutions
- Experience in public hearings, regulatory meetings, and working groups
- Ability to analyze regulations and communicate in Portuguese and English
- Bachelor’s in Law, Public Policy, Political Science, or related field
