Location: Hybrid (Mexico City, MX) - 3 days in office, 2 days from home

What you will do

• Drive pricing governance and strategy execution, identifying deviations and recommending corrective actions.
• Analyze market and data trends to provide pricing guidance for customer protocols.
• Partner with sales, product, and finance teams to troubleshoot and resolve pricing issues.
• Track key performance metrics, including discounts, margins, and profitability across market segments.
• Guide the commercialization process and pricing initiatives for new product launches.
• Facilitate data-driven discussions with the Sales team to prioritize high-impact margin opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in Pricing, Financial Analysis, Business Analysis, or Finance.
• Knowledge of margin and profitability analysis and scenario simulations.
• Full English Proficiency required.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Must be based in Mexico City for hybrid office attendance.
