What you will do

• Perform cell culture of adherent and suspension cells under aseptic conditions, including commercial and human primary cells.
• Execute cell-based assays like reporter lines, luciferase, cytotoxicity, and proliferation in 96-well format.
• Conduct ELISA, FACS, and other immunoassays; generate dose-response curves and determine EC50/IC50.
• Develop and implement additional biochemical and cell-based assays for R&D projects.
• Process, analyze, and document biological data; prepare reports, protocols, and presentations.
• Stay updated on technologies and literature in analytical sciences for medical dermatology.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biochemistry, or related field.
• Previous experience in cellular and molecular biology laboratory; immunology experience is a plus.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and scientific curiosity.
