What you will do

• Define and implement regional product strategies based on the overall business unit strategy.
• Manage and optimize the regional assortment to ensure completeness, competitiveness, and profitability.
• Monitor revenue, sales activities, and market share to implement measures for improving the financial situation.
• Collaborate with R&D, Pricing, and Sales teams on portfolio and supply chain topics.
• Conduct market and competition analysis and support the sales team during customer visits.
• Drive digital transformation by mapping business processes into digital databases and systems.

Requirements

• Graduate degree in Business Administration, Food Technology, or a similar field.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in product management within the dairy, beverage, food, or chemical industry.
• Strong business and commercial acumen.
• Must be based in or able to work in Giza, Egypt.
