TL;DR

Business Development Consultant (SaaS): Generating new business opportunities in the Finnish Mid- and Enterprise Retail market with an accent on high-volume outbound outreach and lead qualification. Focus on building a predictable pipeline through cold calling and strategic engagement of key stakeholders in the Nordic region.

What you will do

  • Execute high-volume outbound outreach via phone (60+ calls/day), email, and LinkedIn.
  • Research and identify key stakeholders within the Finnish retail and hospitality market.
  • Qualify leads by understanding prospect needs, challenges, and priorities.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified meetings.
  • Own activity metrics and pipeline targets while continuously improving outreach quality.

Requirements

  • 6+ months of experience in a client-facing role (sales, customer service, or telemarketing).
  • Fluent in Finnish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Located in or near Copenhagen.
  • Strong hunting drive, fearlessness, and a desire to grow in B2B SaaS sales.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the retail industry, including insights into industry trends and stakeholders.
  • Outbound Sales Development or Business Development experience in pipeline generation.
  • Experience with B2B sales.
