TL;DR

Business Development Consultant (SaaS): Generating new business opportunities in the Nordic Mid- and Enterprise Retail market with an accent on high-volume outbound outreach and lead qualification. Focus on building a high-quality sales pipeline, researching key stakeholders, and collaborating with Account Executives to drive market expansion.

Location: Must be located in or near Copenhagen, Denmark, and able to work from the office central

hirify.global is a SaaS scale-up providing communication and performance management platforms specifically designed for frontline workers.

What you will do

  • Execute high-volume outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn, maintaining a minimum of 60 outbound calls per day.
  • Research and engage new potential clients within the Swedish retail and hospitality markets.
  • Qualify leads by understanding prospect needs and challenges to validate business potential.
  • Coordinate with Account Executives to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified meetings.
  • Manage activity metrics and pipeline targets according to the Sales Playbook and weekly rhythm.

Requirements

  • 6+ months of experience in client-facing roles such as sales, customer service, or telemarketing.
  • Fluent in Danish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Located in Copenhagen.
  • Strong hunting drive and the ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
  • Preferably a business university student with 1.5 years or less remaining in their studies.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the retail industry or previous work as a frontline employee.
  • Outbound Sales Development experience in generating pipeline via cold calling and LinkedIn.
  • Experience with B2B sales.
