What you will do

• Drive cross-company performance strategy from reactive testing to proactive engineering.
• Build centralized "Performance Hub" with reusable testing assets and AI-powered dashboards for all product teams.
• Use AI to analyze telemetry data for insights into architectural weaknesses and cloud cost-optimization.
• Collaborate with R&D and Product Leads to embed performance in CI/CD pipelines and SDLC processes.
• Set KPIs, ensure new features meet performance demands, and incorporate customer requirements into testing cycles.

Requirements

• 6+ years in Performance Engineering with leadership in complex technical projects or teams.
• Expert knowledge of performance testing tools like LoadRunner, Locust, JMeter.
• Strong hands-on coding in Java, Python, or Go.
• Experience or deep interest in AI/LLMs for testing automation or performance analysis.
• Extensive AWS and Kubernetes expertise.
• AI-driven Root Cause Analysis for microservices bottlenecks; strong communication to influence roadmaps.

Nice to have

• Experience with AIOps tools and predictive monitoring.
• Contributions to performance engineering or AI community (blogs, open source, meetups).
